Email support@usplaymaker.com for help. Please include your username, the device you are using, the app version or build number if available, and a short description of the issue.

Common Requests

• Login help: include the email or sign-in method you used, but do not send passwords or one-time codes.
• Content or safety reports: use the in-app report flow when available, or email a link, screenshot, or description of the post, comment, or user.
• Account or data deletion: email support with your username and account email so we can verify the request.
• Match, team, or stats issues: include the league, teams, date, and what looks incorrect.

App Review

For App Review access issues, use the demo account information provided in App Store Connect. If a feature is unavailable during review, email support and include the reviewed build number.
